Bat and Friends 30: Stuck in the Mud!

“Oh no,” said Cat.

“Pig is stuck!” said Bat.

“He is stuck in the mud!”

 

“We must help,” said Cow.

“Dog, you pull on one side.

I will pull on the other.”

 

Cow pulled.

Dog pulled.

 

Pig slipped and slid.

But he was still stuck.

 

Quack! Quack!

The ducks came to see.

 

Splash! Splash!

The frogs came to see.

 

Cow pulled hard.

Dog pulled harder.

 

Plop!

Out came Pig at last!

 

“That made me hungry!” said Pig.

“It’s time to go home,” said Cow.

 

Cow, Pig, and Cat walked.

Bat flew.

Dog ran.

 

“I see the red barn,” said Bat.

“Yay!” said Pig.

“Now I can eat!”
