Pig looked for his friends.
They were not at the pond.

They were not in the barn.

They were not behind the barn.

They were not in the field.

They were not at the house.

Where were Pig’s friends?

Pig did not see them anywhere.

“Oh!” said Pig.

“They are playing a trick!

They are playing a trick on me!

They are mean!” said Pig.

“I do not like this game anymore!”

Pig was very sad.

But he knew what to do.

“I will eat something,” said Pig.

“Then I will feel better.”

So Pig ate and ate.

He ate some more.

Now Pig was very full.

But he was still sad.

Then Pig saw something.

It was something shiny!
